Product Manager – Mobile Technologies

Our greatest asset is people who share and cultivate the same mission of providing traders with the best investment conditions out there.  Based in our Limassol office, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager – Mobile Technologies who will lead the product innovation of our solutions and successfully launch it across target markets.

Responsibilities

  • Define new products’ strategy and roadmap
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning through to product launch
  • Evaluate existing project management processes and look for areas of improvement
  • Monitoring the performance of new products, product features and features’ improvements on a regular basis, presenting insights (status, progress, challenges, projections) to the stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations and decisions to improve product performance
  • Customer-experience grounding: design customer-centric experiences throughout customer decision journey
  • Researching the competitive placement of the offering, market dynamics as well as proactively identifying opportunities for innovation across business models and technology options
  • Collaborating with UX/UI Designers on Wireframing and Visual Design journeys
  • Coordination of training and demos to key end users and executive/management teams
  • Providing guidance to development teams on requirements implementation
  • Meet budget objectives, making adjustments as needed
  • Run beta and pilot programs for early-stage products and samples

Requirements

  • Technical background with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration or similar field
  • Minimum 3 years product management experience working on Forex or FinTech products
  • Good understanding of financial services and markets
  • Market orientation: deep understanding of FX workflows, market trends, affiliate ecosystems, and competitors strategies.
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Highly analytical thinking with exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of Jira or other agile project management software
  • Good communication skills in both English and Russian
